Lovely place several different levels and definitely leads heavier on the cruising aspect than other Bath houses I have attended. Respectful and polite staff! Very accommodating towards the language barrier as I personally don’t speak French and only speak English and was not rude about that language barrier in the slightest, which was a nice change from oasis. Good diverse variety of people everyone respected each other’s boundaries From my personal experience. Also had a good variety in different locations and set ups to engage in. If I had one critique, I would say that the $28 fee for just a locker and a towel was a bit shocking. However I would say that it was worth it just based on the sheer mass of Location. If I remember correctly, there is four floors in the basement? Along with a terrace on the top floor. (Which I did not use because I attended during The winter) if I had one critique is, I wish there was more sauna areas and possibly a better Pool/hot tub set up but overall a great place! If you’re thinking of going to a bathhouse in Montreal, this would be the top pick!

I didn’t have the bar set high and it still didn’t achieve it. I had read some reviews and they highlighted the flaws and have to agree with them. It is 80% private rooms, 10% stairs, & 10% bathhouse. What is it missing?! Sexier music, glory holes, dark maze, and a large jacuzzi or pool. The wet sauna smelled cause it’s next to a urinal and showers. The only pool/spa is a four person hot tub. I’ve been to many other saunas and they all sell alcohol. I’m not sure why but they don’t sell alcohol. It makes the experience better while you cruise and wait. Plus it loosens people up.

I visited this facility several times while in Montreal for a couple days, The front desk staff was very friendly and never rude. The facility was clean, overall I had no issues there whatsoever. I am not sure where all these negative reviews are coming from but I can assure you this is a very nice place and I highly recommend.

All I can say is WOW! This was my first time going to a men's sauna and what a thrilling experience. visiting from America for fierte after some friends hyped me up I went. There were lots of spaces for what ever you were looking to do, everyone I interacted with was genuinely kind and respectful of boundaries, and the roof top was a nice touch to generally have a slightly chiller vibe to cool down and relax for a moment. The only reason I gave four stars and not 5 was due to issues communicating with the staff. I sadly dont speak French and the staff seemed a little irritated with me when I was trying to pay, get my locker key and find where my locker was. I also had an issue finding the trash cans. I will say they have many but they blend into the wall almost to much. While it was really cool to have 4 floors and there is seriously no lack of spaces for people to have variety it was really hard finding the stairs on each floor to go up and down ( there is no way to get directly from the roof to the basement floor) it was helpful that every floor had a big loop however so if you got lost you can keep going forward follow the wall and eventually you will find A set of stairs. Overall, I had an amazing time (spent 3 hours), there was a decent amount of protection in key spots, I saw staff cleaning almost every where, folks were nice, and left with a smile on my face.

I've visited this place several times, and unfortunately, the experience has consistently been subpar. There are far too many issues to overlook, but here are the most glaring: 1. Cleanliness * A strong smell of cigarette smoke comes from the lockers inside the rooms. * Sheets are often old, stained, and burned with cigarette holes. * The douching rooms are not cleaned between uses — I once walked into one and found a massive turd on the floor. * The basement play areas are particularly filthy, often littered with used condoms and wrappers. 2. Safety & Sketchiness * The management appears to turn a blind eye to drug activity and the presence of unhoused individuals using the space for shelter. These individuals are easy to identify — they’re not there to socialize or hook up but to wash up and sleep. * I once witnessed someone who seemed to be living in one of the rooms full-time, with clothes hanging from the ceiling and trash bags piling up on the floor. That shouldn’t be happening in a space marketed as a gay sauna. 3. Service & Hospitality * The staff is frequently rude, indifferent, and unhelpful. I once asked for an extra towel — not only was I refused, but even offering to pay extra made no difference. * There are no water coolers available, so either bring your own or prepare to pay an absurd price for a small bottle at the front desk. 4. Facilities & Space * Management often responds to criticism by touting how this is "one of the biggest gay saunas in Quebec." That means little when 70% of the space is dedicated to private room rentals. * The common play areas feel sterile and unwelcoming. The jacuzzi is laughably small, and both the wet and dry saunas are outdated and poorly maintained. * After the insurance-related... sorry, the "fire," one would expect a fresh start with major improvements. Instead, the space reopened looking almost exactly the same — tired and uninspired. * The glass-walled dungeon available at an extra cost feels symbolic of the whole venue: nice to look at, but hollow and inaccessible — much like the broader Montreal gay scene it represents. * And let’s talk about the stairs. This place is spread across multiple floors, yet it only ever reaches capacity during Pride Week. Why cram in so many rooms when most of the year the space feels empty? Rather than arguing with dissatisfied customers, the owners of this sauna — and other similar establishments in Montreal — would do well to take a long, hard look at successful models like Steamworks in Toronto or Boiler in Berlin. These venues prove what a modern gay sauna should be: clean, welcoming, engaging, drug-free, and safe. Until serious changes are made, I can’t recommend this place. It’s not just falling short — it’s actively disappointing.
