JR's Houston

Don’t get out much on a Sunday. But if you are looking for great drinks and an amazing bartender who is quick to know your drinks remember you. Come out and see Angel on the Santa Fe side. You won’t be disappointed. Kudos to Charles for this 14 yr veteran. Thanks Angel for a great afternoon!!!

I had a great experience at JRs thanks to Sterling! I was having a really hard time deciding what I wanted to drink because nothing was standing out to me. Instead of rushing me, Sterling took the time to ask what kinds of flavors I liked and recommended a drink I had never tried before. It ended up being one of the best drinks I’ve had, and I’m so glad I trusted his recommendation. Sterling’s customer service was outstanding friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in making sure I had a great experience. It’s not often you come across someone who goes above and beyond to make customers feel welcome. His recommendation was spot on, and you can tell he takes pride in what he does. If you’re planning to visit JRs, I highly recommend asking for Sterling. He’ll make sure you’re taken care of and help you find the perfect drink. I’ll definitely be coming back because of the excellent service I received!

Stumbled along this bar and loved the different vibes in each area and the plentiful bars to order from. Drinks are cheap!! So much fun either dancing or people watching or stopping in for a kareoke song or enjoying the fountains outside. Will be back.

Sterling is absolutely amazing and the reason I continue coming back to JR's year after year. I've been a customer for over 10 years, and every visit is made better by his outstanding service, professionalism, and genuine dedication to what he does. He consistently goes above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome, remembers his regulars, and always delivers great drinks with a positive attitude. His attention to detail, hard work, and commitment to providing an exceptional experience never go unnoticed. Bartenders like Sterling are rare, and he's a huge part of what makes JR's such a great place to visit. Thank you, Sterling, for your continued dedication and excellent service over the years. You truly make every visit memorable!
