Not worth going to Kakiku don't waste your money there pay RM40 to enter the place inside very R-E-S-T-R-I-C-T-E-D not much f-a-c-i-l-i-t-y, now you can't even naked inside kakiku you need to wear a short at all the time inside the sauna, the boss keep going around check on every customers tell customers not to have fun at resting area or the TV area now there's no dark room basement is closed Permanently they not open up the basement anymore. I visited the place on 02/05/2026 very disappointed.

The place is pretty discreet because there is no signage or anything at street level. It is at the topmost floor but despite occupying only one level, the facilities provided are excellent. I really enjoy hanging out at the jakuzzi and the sauna. The temperature was just perfect. The overall layout of the place is quite exciting to explore too. There are mirrors everywhere even at the dark rooms that help make the place looks larger. The crowd was mostly Chinese (probably because I visited in the middle of the fasting month) but came in different shapes and sizes as well as age groups. Many chose to wear masks, which I found interesting. Not sure how long people spend on average here because when I was returning the towel and locker key, the receptionist asked, "Huh? Leaving already?" I laughed and said I had a wonderful time.

Place ain’t worth the RM40 anymore. Last I came was Nov 2025, totally different now. No more basement/dark area, space feels smaller, only two tiny saunas. Crowd also dead compared to before. Came around 8pm super quiet even last year the crowd was still big around that time. Maybe earlier (before 7pm) got more people, not sure. No recent reviews too, so I just went in blind. Honestly, save your money. Not fun like before.

Visited Saturday from 4-7 pm and it is incredible place, lots of fun lots attractive and keen guys, facilities are nice and clean! At 7 pm basement opens and its insane busy! One of the best saunas i ever been to! No alcohol, but has soft drinks! Good showers, hot tub, sauna and many cruise hallways dark rooms! This place impressed me….
