Went within an hour of its opening during a weekday. I find the facilities provided not bad at all. The crowd was pretty small and are all Chinese but I'm sure on other times it would be livelier and more diverse. Just went there for the dry sauna after a quick workout. The gym section could use some upgraded equipment and better air circulation i think. Apparently the fee has increased to RM40. The staff manning the counter asked if I haven't been there in awhile because they increased the fee sometime ago already. I told him it was my first time. Consider taking the feeder bus (T407) from MRT TRX station. It stops within 5-min walk of the premise.

Overall satisfactory. Place is fairly new though it is already 12 years old and well maintained. Jacuzzi has been closed since years ago due to nearby construction of highway.First floor housed the locker , fitness equipments and TV room . Second floor is the steam , sauna and bathrooms .Patrons are largely young to middle age .Personally this about the best in town .

Entrance fee is RM40, and the crowd is mostly Chinese, aged between 20-40, with more older guys. It has a locker area with 2 towels provided, steam room, dark room (not too dark, which is nice), and a small gym, though the gym only has about 4-5 pieces of equipment compared to otot2. I visited on a Saturday from 4pm to 8pm and was surprised to find it less crowded, with only about 12-20 people, which is pretty quiet for a weekend. They close earlier than expected, at 9pm instead of 11pm. They don't have jacuzzi ya. They also offer massage services, but I didn’t catch the pricing for it. Overall, the sauna itself is smaller compared to Otot2.

Set up is decent. Entry fees they charged me 38 RM. You will find the receptionist, drinks counter, tv room and locker on first floor. Second floor has sauna, steam room, shower booths, gym and dark rooms. Activities in dark rooms was not clear to me. Most of the crowd was chinese. Maybe as a new comer I couldn’t tag along with them. Overall it’s a nice place. I will be back soon.
