Outside Sauna

I recently visited this sauna and overall found the facilities decent, but my experience was seriously affected by the behaviour of one staff member at reception. He appeared to be in his early 30s and, on multiple occasions, I noticed that whenever younger guests (around 18–20) arrived, he would quickly leave his post, grab a towel, and follow them inside in a way that felt inappropriate and unprofessional. This kind of conduct creates an uncomfortable atmosphere and raises concerns about boundaries and staff responsibility. I hope management addresses this issue, as it reflects poorly on the establishment

Website takes you to something based in Jakarta, Indonesia. Was put off trying these place as has no legitimate website or way of viewing it. Locals in gay bars warned me off of the basis of poor customer experience. If the website allowed you to view and interact with the business that might make it more approachable but without a legitimate site it’s very off putting and backs up word of mouth suggestions.

I went to Belfast for a day from Dublin last Saturday. I was there about 5 years ago, and I am shocked that nothing has improved. It still won’t accept cards, only cash. The whole place badly needs an update and a deep clean. The cubicles are dirty and need a fresh coat of paint. In the toilets, there is an awful smell. There are a lot of moulds on the ceilings, and some are damaged. I can't believe they have let standards drop so low. In Dublin’s Sauna “The Boilerhouse,” the standards are very high—very clean, friendly staff, and some areas have already been renovated, which is really good. I would never go back again unless it has been fully renovated.

Honestly an okay experience, a bit pricey and felt nervous about being around considering it was my first time

The experience wasn't great. The place needs updating and cleaning. There is a few things out of order. The guy behind the counter was funny and put us at ease. There wasn't many guys there. Perhaps 5 or so. Make some improvments, clean the facilities more, give flip flops. And put on more theme nights to attract more lads.
