Los Almendros

We had an amazing 10-day stay at Los Almendros, and it was exactly what we needed—relaxing, fun, and hard to leave! A huge thank you to Vasco, who checks in and makes sure we had everything we needed. No request is too much, and his attention to detail really made us feel truly looked after. Diana did a fantastic job keeping our room spotless every single day. She always greeted us with a smile, and you could tell she genuinely cared about making our stay comfortable. And of course, a special shoutout to Mike at the bar! Seeing him each day became one of the highlights of our vacation. Great drinks, great conversations, and a great sense of humor—he made every visit something to look forward to. What really stood out was how genuinely happy everyone seemed to be working there. That positive atmosphere shows in every interaction and really adds to the overall experience. It's clear the staff enjoy what they do, and that made us feel even more welcome throughout our stay. Thank you to the entire team at Los Almendros for making our stay so memorable. We left feeling refreshed, happy, and already looking forward to coming back! Auke & Mickael

Don't really want to tell you how good this place is as I want to keep it as my secret. Always stay here when we come to Gran Canaria. Really nice accommodation friendly staff and beautiful landscaping

I came here a couple of weeks ago and really enjoyed my stay. The staff could not have been nicer and the place was well maintained and spotlessly clean. It was a really chilled week where I was able to truly relax and forget about work. There was free WiFi and Aircon at no extra cost. The pool and jacuzzi were welcome on the hot days and the gardens are beautiful. I came away feeling rested and wanting to go back as soon as possible.

The bungalow has been recently "refurbished" as announced from the website (few furniture and the curtains) however, toilet, wardrobe and kitchen still the one from the beginning of 2000! I don't know why but my toilet has been taken over by 30/40 little flies (every day they're increasing the number). They cleaned the room every day (except weekends) but I stayed almost for two week and I have to ask them to change the toilets towels and bedsheets! Overall great place to stay (especially if you are on the area behind the sweeping pool (very quiet). The bungalow facing the pool can be a bit too "intense" with people, music etc!

For my birthday in March we flew from Aruba to Gran Canaria, this was our first time in GC. We stayed at Los Almendros and we had a wonderful time. The bungalows with private terrace, are completely up to date, everything was spotless clean and the property looked very neat. The staff was very friendly, we had rented a car, but we did not need it, everything is within easy walking distance, opposite Cita and Yumbo less than 10 minutes walk, close to the dunes. All kinds of good restaurants in the area. But also at Los Almendros itself you can have a good lunch and delicious drinks. We are already planning to come back in November, this time for a longer holiday. sunny greetings Auke & Mike
