A hidden gem near Yumbo. Clean IKEA inspired apartment with everything you need to be comfortable. Quick response from the owner and the cleaning personell is with the stay. She is very respectful and does not disturb. She makes you feel comfortable. Friendly atmosphere with a very laid back feeling. Perfect place to get your energy back after a night at Yumbo.

Fantastic bungalow in the very heart of Maspalomas, right across from the Yumbo Centre. The apartment is very clean and clearly recently renovated. The kitchen is excellently equipped - with a moka pot, coffee machine, and a full set of plates, cutlery, and pots, which are more than enough for the entire stay. A huge plus is the private pool area shared by only 6 apartments, ensuring everyone has a sunbed. The garden gets sun almost all day long, which is perfect for sunbathing. Despite the central location, it is very quiet and peaceful, which was exactly what we were looking for. Special recognition goes to the lovely lady in charge of cleaning. She greeted us with a smile every day and made sure we had everything we needed, including fresh towels and linens. Her care made us feel truly looked after. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back.

I spent an amazing week at this property. So well maintained, relaxing atmosphere and very well located across from the Yumbo. It’s the perfect place to relax, remove stress and clothes! I will definitely go back!

What a great place for the best of both worlds! Slight issue on arrival in that the electric had gone to the entry keypads so we were locked out, but a quick WhatsApp call and they popped down within 15 mins to sort it! In the day time, this newly renovated complex is complete peace and quiet. Just 6 bungalows means it never feels too crowded - with a maximum of 12 guests it’s just right. Great that there is the exact amount of Sunbed’s so that’s never an issue getting one. The complex has been taken over and renovated to a high standard. The rooms have everything you need for a self catering stay. Full size fridge and freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, and all pots pans and dinner ware you could need. New comfy sofas and beds are perfect! The grounds of the complex have been renovated too and relaxing by the pool is perfect - it gets the sunshine all day. A mix of guests and ages but generally between. 30-50, and everyone was friendly and there was definitely a no judgement atmosphere! Everyone was free to be themselves. The cleaning lady Claudia .. what a treat! Always greeted you with a smile and her English was excellent so you could have a great chat with her each day. As my husband is not a morning person she was more than happy to leave us what we needed rather than disturb us which was really appreciated ( there’s nothing worse than cleaners barging in when someone’s in bed!) so thank you! Location wise - the Yumbo is right outside the door! Considering this it’s surprising quiet - weekends have a little ‘background noise’ but you’d expect it to be much worse! All in all a wonderful stay and we would definitely stay again!

I had a very nice stay. Great apartment, great bed, everything very clean and inviting. Very calm and relaxing. Very quiet all thouh its a cross the street from Yumbo. I will strongly reccomend this resort. I will be back later this summer.
