I do not understand these 1 star reviewers. It's not their fault that you have motor skill of a brick you could not find the place quickly, it's Europe and it's a private establishment if the owners want the place to be smoker friendly, it will be a smoker-friendly bar. It's a great LGBTQIA friendly establishment where you can make friends. I totally crashed a group of people who were having a birthday party yet they were so welcoming, the staffs were so sweet. Large drink selections. They told me so many tips for a traveler like me. I am so happy I found this bar. Be HUMBLE and REALIZE you are a VISITOR and a GUEST. Then you will have fun.

Can't comment on the bar, the drinks or the staff, it seems nice enough but - it's hard to find, - looks closed from the outside, chairs stacked up against the glass (renovation work going on) and the door is held open by a bolt) - .....and it's a smokers bar..... I've don't smoke so not keen to have my clothes smelling of cigarettes... pity...

A very nice gay bar, right in Frankfurt's center! The prices are not so good, but the place is nice, although kind of small. The staff is super nice and friendly, the place looks good, it is very clean, the music is good and it looks modern and fashionable! However, for the dark room lovers, I can't say if there is one or not ... anyway, I never noticed one there! But I definitely recommend this place!

Fun gay bar and the bartender/owner(?) introduced us to Dinner for One!

My partner and I arrived in Frankfurt on a Monday for a layover and found that this was one of the few places open on Monday nights so we called and they said they close at 1am. We left our hotel and took the metro to the stop near Luckys and went to grab a bite to eat at a restaurant nearby and headed over around 11 PM to have a beer and support the local LGBT community. When we walked in we were greeted by another patron who asked where we were from and invited us to come sit next to him at the bar for a beer. When the barkeep/owner saw me it was instantly apparent that I was not welcome because I am not white and he told us that he was closing now and would not serve us. The other patron pleaded with him and said that he knows that they do not close until 1 AM but the guy said he was closing early tonight. We were tired anyway so we left and while we were waiting for the metro back to our hotel I called half an hour later and they were still open with music in the background. I called again at 12:30 AM and they were still open with music in the background. I called at 12:45 and they were still open with the music in the background. There is no doubt in my mind that this establishment is extremely racist, Which is completely ridiculous and unacceptable for any community, but especially the LGBTQ community. I will be writing letters toooo the local government and local LGBTQ Organizations because my experience has apparently been shared by others who have left reviews with similar experiences there.
