One of the Best Gay guest houses located in the Heart of Key West on Duval St surrounded by all the gay nightlife you need and restaurants. The staff and service are excellent. The front balcony offers great views up and down duval. Breakfast items and various drinks from hot coffee to juice are included with your stay. Front desk and bar staff are super friendly. It has multiple bars with great entertainment. You will most likely meet and make life long friends here from all around the world like we have. The back bar and pool are our favorite place. Me and my husband have been staying here for a number of years now and wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else. Highly recommended.

We recently went there, and it was our first time. Such a cute little place, and I’d love to come back. However, we stayed there 3 nights and although we saw the staff regularly cleaning the other rooms, they never cleaned ours. Never changed the sheets, towels, cleaned the floors, bathroom, etc. it smelled like they’ve sprayed something to make us think that they cleaned it, and I thought that at least they mopped but the sand from night one stayed there untouched by the night stand (where our flip flops were) until we left. Another thing, they hand out these cards that you can use on different nights from 5pm-7pm to get one free drink at the bar by the pool. We spent a lot of money on drinks there and we always, ALWAYS tip no matter what. Well, there was one of the bartenders who called us out in front of everybody because the one night (our last night) we used one ticket each. That was the only tickets we ever used and they gave us a lot of them. He needs to understand that if the Hotel is giving us the cards, he cannot be trying to shame us in front of everyone for using them. He went “ what the hell is going on? Everybody is giving me these and they’re not tipping me, I don’t work for free”. Extremely disrespectful, especially when management or the owners are leaving these in your room so you can use them. So for the staff to make you feel bad about it, it’s completely unacceptable. I will say this, I will return, I loved the placed, I loved the location, I loved the room, our first night was extremely fun even when we got there at midnight. I recommended it still, but I hope these things get addressed.

For gay men, this is the quintessential Key West experience. Staff is great, And they keep the spirit alive! Cudos to Tylor, who is an amazing bartender professionally and, well, so personable, witty and full of local recommendations that made our stay easy. Can’t wait to come back!

I’ve never written a review like this before. I’m giving five stars – but I definitely won’t be coming back, except maybe for a drink ;) So here it goes: the location is sensational, the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive to us (especially Adam!), and the rooms are lovely and charming. But we’re probably just too old for the noise now that we’re over 40. The music is EXTREMELY loud and goes on deep into the night. Not until 1 a.m., not until 2, not until 3 – but until 4 (!) in the morning. Sleeping is basically impossible, even with earplugs. And from 7 a.m. onwards, it gets louder again thanks to early risers. I’ve never felt this exhausted after a hotel stay in my life. So you really need to know what you’re signing up for. It’s a top recommendation for party people – but if you’re hoping for some peace and quiet at some point, this probably isn’t the place.

Location, location. Needs some updating. Room is clean but worn. Was there during cold weather. Climate control is group managed, no controllable heat or air. The office provided a space heater three nights, then turned on central heat, but it was roasting at 82 degrees. Great bartenders. Two free drinks from 5-6. Hottub is popular, maybe at 100 degrees. Pool is heated. Packaged items provided for breakfast. Music truly reverberates until 4 a.m. Pavers around pool deck are rough. Can't hardly walk barefooted.
