I've been a couple of times now. Most recently for Carnaval. This place is a staple of the gay scene in Rio. Definitely expensive for Brazil between the entrance fee and price of drinks; however bar staff are friendly and attentive. The shows are pretty good and the dance floor usually always has a good feel to it. Saw guys of all ages and body types here so definitely a place for everyone. Worth a visit. Pretty dead during the week, the best days are Friday and Saturday.

I was there last night, and I was treated very badly at the entrance. The staff were extremely rude and unfriendly, including the drag queens. Everyone treated me like cattle in a pen, which I found horrible. I wanted to leave this complaint because the experience was really disappointing. I will not return, and I will not recommend this place to my friends. A place where people are supposed to feel safe and welcome absolutely did not feel that way to me.

The Pink Flamingo is wild! We are privileged enough to be invited by our son, and we had a great time. All I'll say is that you must go in person to get it. The vibe is crazy and the drinks are strong lol. All in all, it was a great time.

Went for Pride. Busy with men. Lots of men. Loads of men. All sorts of men. If you like men, you ought to pop here. Friend's have said it's dead during the week making the entry fee massively over priced. Staff are lovely.
