Honestly, this place feels like it’s in decline and has some serious safety issues. There’s a dangerous staircase with uneven steps and a very low ceiling fan that could easily hit a taller guest’s head. Along the side, there’s only a fragile barrier where people constantly lean — it really feels like an accident waiting to happen, whether someone falls or gets accidentally pushed. For a sauna, basic essentials are poorly handled. You only get one condom, which is not enough. Yes, you can bring your own, but a venue like this should provide condoms and lubricant properly and free (similar places around the world and in brazil do) They also offer mouthwash, but it’s extremely diluted and tastes awful, which just adds to the feeling of poor quality overall. The towels provided look worn out. Cleaning employees are frequently seen without any protective equipment — flip-flops, torn shirts, no gloves — and sometimes carrying a heavy bag of wet towels on their backs. It doesn’t look safe or hygienic. Service is not great either. Staff can be unfriendly and barely speak English, which makes things harder for tourists — especially considering this place clearly depends on them. During peak season, when the city is busier and there are more visitors, prices go up, but the quality doesn’t improve at all, it actually declines. On the positive side, it does attract interesting people, especially during busy tourist periods. But honestly, those customers deserve a much better experience. There’s also zero accessibility, no elevator, I really hope a competitor opens nearby — either to push this place to improve or to replace it entirely.
