Pipeworks Leeds

Kind of annoyed how good Pipeworks is because I know I'm going to end up spending a lot of time and money there going forward! While it is more expensive than other local venues, you really get what you pay for. Went to check it out friday daytime which was quiet but I still had a great time. Came back again midnight on saturday to get a membership and so I could get a better picture of a busy night and had an equally good time. I tend to avoid city centre venues as they can often only attract a specific clientele, but i was happy to find a broad range of ages and body types on both visits. I've been to saunas all over the country but Pipeworks has one of the best layouts of anywhere else I have been. Spa facilities are top notch too. I especially liked the steam room as they are becoming more rare at saunas. What really sets it apart from other saunas is the exceptional customer service. Isaiah and Fabio were so friendly and attentive on saturday, as were the friday daytime staff but I didnt catch their names.There was regular checks done across all floors too, meaning that even late at night, the venue was clean and tidy. If you are nervous about going for your first trip, they will help you get your bearings and make everything feel less intimidating. In terms of extras, I wasn't drinking alcohol but the soft drinks were very reasonable. The food menu looked well priced too but I didn't think to check the alcohol prices as I don't usually look to drink when at a sauna. Both of my trips this week were solo visits so didnt make the most use of the social areas but I'm looking forward to coming back with friends in future. While most consider a sauna to be the place you end your night out, I could easily see us making Pipeworks the whole evening.

Pipeworks Leeds is a really well executed place and done to a really lovely standard. The staff are welcoming friendly and treat you more like family than a customer. The staff really make the place and huge respect to the management on the training it’s really paying off. I have visited a few times on different days, I like Saturdays the best as it’s a really nice experience and environment. The facilities are always clean and the salt and pepper chicken is delicious. The drawbacks of this place only a personal opinion, the parking discount doesn’t work and entry is £30+. I am personally not keen on the mask night or the tiny black towel after 6pm on a weekday evening but unsure what day that is, I absolutely understand management are trying to cater and support everyone and their needs. I have just found that for a city centre venue it’s often really quiet from weekdays to weekends but again that’s out of anyone’s control. All in all the place, the staff are truly amazing and I love attending for the relax and chill than any potential fun.

Been in here a few times since opening, and it's never disappointed... Amazing and well worth a visit if you're in the area. The venue looks great and has fantastic facilities, from the Sauna to Steam Room through to the rooftop Jacuzzi this place has everything you will need to relax and unwind. Always found the staff to be very friendly and welcoming and always happy to help. Shout out to Jack, Charlie, David, Elisa and Geoff for his great banter and making me feel so welcome!

A wonderful place to relax! The facilities are clean, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff are friendly. I had a great experience overall and would definitely recommend it. The only downside, in my opinion, is that most of the visitors tend to be much older. It would be nice to see a more diverse age range, as that would make the experience even better.

I was very nervous about visiting for the first time, but as soon as I arrived, Fabio at reception made me feel completely at ease. He was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and chatty, took the time to show me around, and explained everything, including the sauna facilities. His warm attitude really made a difference, and he's a real credit to the sauna. The sauna itself is well maintained and has everything you'd expect, including a dry sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, and hot pool. There are also discreet play areas on another floor for those who wish to use them. Overall, I had a really positive first experience and would definitely recommend it, anyone feeling nervous see Fabio !
