A wonderful place to relax! The facilities are clean, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff are friendly. I had a great experience overall and would definitely recommend it. The only downside, in my opinion, is that most of the visitors tend to be much older. It would be nice to see a more diverse age range, as that would make the experience even better.

Been in here a few times since opening, and it's never disappointed... Amazing and well worth a visit if you're in the area. The venue looks great and has fantastic facilities, from the Sauna to Steam Room through to the rooftop Jacuzzi this place has everything you will need to relax and unwind. Always found the staff to be very friendly and welcoming and always happy to help. Shout out to Jack, Charlie, David, Elisa and Geoff for his great banter and making me feel so welcome!

I was very nervous about visiting for the first time, but as soon as I arrived, Fabio at reception made me feel completely at ease. He was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and chatty, took the time to show me around, and explained everything, including the sauna facilities. His warm attitude really made a difference, and he's a real credit to the sauna. The sauna itself is well maintained and has everything you'd expect, including a dry sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, and hot pool. There are also discreet play areas on another floor for those who wish to use them. Overall, I had a really positive first experience and would definitely recommend it, anyone feeling nervous see Fabio !

When I was walking around the city, I ended up passing by this new unit. I was really impressed with it. The first unit was already much better than the saunas we have in the UK, but this new one just arrived and it is amazing. Friendly staff, great quality of service, and excellent facilities — everything is top level. Unfortunately, I didn’t have much time to explore all the floors, but I will come back soon.

10/10 vibes. Went to the sauna on pride sunday, had the time of my life. Facilities are actually really high end. The staff were so nice, sorted me out even though I lost my locker key, clothes, dignity and half my brain cells 😂. They put in a crazy graft keeping the place clean and not being arseholes. Definitely a good place to start if you're new to the sauna scene. No notes
