I am writing to express my significant disappointment with the service I received during my recent visit. Upon arrival, my request to use the cloakroom was met with what felt like disdain from staff, who made me feel as though I was an inconvenience. Furthermore, I was charged £5 to store my items, which was unexpected and contributed to a poor initial impression. Later, while I was speaking with friends from the side of the bar, near a staff access point, I was unexpectedly grabbed by a bouncer who seemingly assumed I was attempting to go behind the bar. This incident was both unwarranted and distressing. Overall, the level of service from start to finish was deeply unsatisfactory, and these experiences significantly detracted from my visit.

We decided to go for Sunday drinks with the family and dog and to our surprise Fibre are very accommodating towards dogs. They even have branded dog bowls. The atmosphere had a more chill out vibe which was what we were looking for. The drinks prices were a big shock as there were plenty of deals on which are on every Sunday apparently. My youngest is 15 and she loved it as she felt like she was more grown up as Fibres’ reputation well precedes itself. Well done Fibre team see you next Sunday!👏👏

Great Saturday afternoon out, brilliant music. We've never had food but drinks are great. Guys on the door are also friendly, bar staff could smile more and be a little more welcoming but it doesn't spoil the atmosphere.

Had such a brilliant night!! If your looking for somthing new to do to go along with your booze would 100% recommend here!! Bar tender Harvey was fab ♥️

brilliant day out! cannot recommend enough. i have ceoliac and it is not a safe eating place for me so i took a pack lunch and everyone was so nice about it
