Steam Complex

I cant put into words just how bad this place is. Its unclean, old, tired, false celling tiles missing, dirty carpets and generally feels unhygienic. And then to top it off there were only 8 guys in the place. 8 !!! and that's at peak times. I've heard it gets busier when opened as Pandoras but that wont improve the state of the place. Despite paying membership (which i had to do) I wont be going back to this place. They also advertise free WiFi, that's incorrect, there is no WiFi, the staff member just said, ohhh yes we need to change the web site. Absolutely awful awful experience.

Steam is a large complex . Very friendly staff. Very clean. Does have a lot of stairs in the building, so not very easy if you have walking difficulties. The jacuzzi is great large and very warm great for aches a pains . It is a great place to relax and unwind and have fun .

I wish there was more events like on a Thursday I feel so relaxed at the steamrooms Leeds

Just very bad attitude and customer service. Such a shame as it lets down the venue.

I have found the whole experience underwhelming. The showers had cold water. The shower wash units were empty. I had to ask for them to filled and when I mentioned the showers being cold, the receptionist shrugged his shoulders and said nothing he can do, get used to it. This to me suggests the showers very hardly get used which in turn suggests the shower gel units haven't been filled a very long while. I did not see anyone cleaning, the whole time I was there. The play rooms were filthy with used condoms which I can only presume had been left from the previous day or earlier from the day visited. It is a shame that the big talking point throughout the reviews is about cleanliness and hygiene. I would like to visit again but thinking about the latter is putting me off for life 😕
