Today I was here , but very bad experience . The sauna look like is terrible . Not clean , bad smell every where specials between steam rooms and sauna . I thought here there aren’t staff. 1 - I spook with one staff about if is possible to do something because the smells not nice. The guy just look at me and continuos watching his phone. The just dry the floor between reception and stairs. And watching his phone al the times . 2 - the steams rooms smell very very bad, and saunas as well . Imagine the small dark room 🤢. 3- upstairs where are the staff nobody collect the towels specially in the place the first lockers ( 10..15…. Etc. if somebody watch the cámaras, not watch that ? or only watch the customers . 4 the only good and save the sauna today, the bartenders . Young blond boy very friendly and the other very handsome both always watch everything . (Thank you guys ). 5- I show you in those 2 photos a pile of Derry towels. clean excúseme. I don’t know who put some words under photos. 6- I can’t put more fotos because isn’t allow to keep the phone inside the sauna. 🧖🏿‍♂️

We visited Pleasuredrome Sauna today and overall had a pleasant visit. The venue itself is very nice and has a really good atmosphere, with plenty of potential to make the experience even better. One thing we found a little surprising was that cabins are charged separately. Having visited many saunas over the years, this is not something we’ve personally come across before. It might perhaps work better to include the cabins in the overall price and increase the entrance fee slightly instead — for example by around £5. The wet areas at times had a noticeable smell, and the jacuzzi water did not seem quite as clean as we would have expected during our visit. The food could also be improved slightly, as the chips we ordered were soft and still a bit frozen in the middle. On a positive note, the staff were very welcoming when we arrived, and throughout the day it was clear that the team were making a genuine effort to keep the sauna clean and tidy, which we appreciated. Overall, we enjoyed parts of our visit and feel the venue has great potential. With a few small improvements, it could be an even better experience.

The cleanest gay sauna around, and they get credit for that! Honestly, the confusing layout is somewhat fun, and the signs aren't properly labeled, which adds to the experience. However, the fun ends there. Any gay sauna that cares about health and safety will have condoms and lubricant available - you won't find that here. The play areas are small and unsuitable for the space, and the only rooms are behind an additional paywall, which isn't communicated upon entry (so no open spaces are available). The rooms upstairs are locked. Avoid this place and go somewhere else, this is not a gay sauna it's a money trap.

Surprisingly small for a London sauna. The place itself is clean and modern, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Just wish there was more to the place! And there being no lockable private areas without having to pay even more money is something that really annoys me. Guys using their phones seems to also be an issue. One guy was in multiple areas on his phone the whole time, whilst another was laid out near the jacuzzi on his. Staff really need to tackle this. Greenhouse in Darleston is vastly superior.

If your idea of a relaxing spa day includes paying a premium entry fee just to be forced into exhibitionism, welcome to Pleasuredrome under Waterloo! Let’s talk about the room situation—or lack thereof. Silly me, I assumed paying the standard admission entry would grant me access to, you know, a basic cabin to use. Absolutely not. Apparently, having four walls and a door that locks is an elite luxury here. Almost all the private rooms and "deluxe pods" require you to march back to reception and hand over extra cash on an hourly meter. If you don't pay up, your options are basically zero. So, if you happen to prefer a little privacy, you're entirely out of luck. However, if you absolutely love public encounters, audience participation, and putting on a live performance for a rotating crowd of spectators, this place is an absolute goldmine! It forces everyone out into the open cruising areas, turning the entire venue into a mandatory interactive theater. To make the vibe even more relaxing, the sheer volume of security and cameras makes you feel like you're trying to sneak contraband into a high-security prison. Between the CCTV glare and the complete monetization of basic privacy, the whole experience is just pure, unadulterated administrative chaos. Save your money. Unless you want to budget for a room rental on top of your entry fee, or you just really, really love an audience, go somewhere else!
