My favourite sauna in London to go wind down and relax. The jacuzzi is big and spacious. Sauna is too and very clean. The rooms are a bit cold but it's because i suppose they're a bit underground. Lovely staff and always have a wonderfully chat with them as he's always welcoming and easygoing. I also love socialising with people here and the fact that you could go have a smoke outside in the garden area instead of outside the building. Highly recommend.

I haven't visited this sauna for a couple of years. Not much has changed although it seems to be becoming even more dowdy (as can be seen by the gay flag on the roof). They are attempting to smarten the place up as when I was there the basement area was closed for painting. It still has the same facilities, namely a small steam room, sauna and a rather uncomfortable Jacuzzi. The reception and lounge area is quite nice and comfortable and the staff are also very pleasant. Whilst I was there lots of cleaning was taking place. The clients are of mixed ages although the majority are over 40 but there is also a nice ethnic mix. There were about 30 there during the couple of hours I was visiting on a Saturday afternoon. The first floor is divided into various private rooms and there used to be an access to the external roof-garden/smoking area which is now locked. The top floor is divided into small cubicles as well as a large darkroom and the video can also be viewed on this floor, although the seating is very uncomfortable. At £18 I consider that this is an overpriced venue bearing in mind its locality and how difficult it is to travel to the place unless you live in Central, East or South East London. They do still give concessions for the unemployed, under 25's and those with a Freedom Pass which may make it a little less expensive for those fortunates. Probably isn't worth the visit unless you live close by.

Was very cold and felt run down. Nice big jacuzzi but the sauna was broken and rooms are cold. Also no happy hour prices so £25 each time is quite a lot for an older sauna

I love the crowd and the facilities. I usually get there as they open, so have time to unwind in the shower, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. There's room for improvement. Overall great service, please keep the place running. Everytime I go there have a great time. Now, have to apologise for my behaviour this Thursday. I've met this guy and I went wild. We kissed and fooled around on the bench outside the sauna. Unacceptable behaviour I know but the guys loved a bit of entertainment. I will try to control my urges in future. Guys thinking about coming over first time, this is a great place to have fun and socialise. Do not think of closing the place, it would be a great loss for our community. Hairy, smooth, bold, young, old, fit or not, you are all welcome to come.... We do not bite unless you ask. Thanks guys

Jacuzzi closed but still happy to take the full entrance fee? Just dishonest.. This place has gone downhill. The staff guy is a dipsh*t with zero customer service skills. Even worse, he argues for no reason. The quality of men here has noticeable gone down over the past year. Used to attract a lot of handsome/manly Essex/Kent types, but hardly anymore. I heard from someone there that the Brazilian manager guy is overly strict with them e.g. if fooling about in the pool and then they don't come here anymore and go to the Rochester sauna instead. Place itself is run down and needs touching up but the guy running it doesn't bother and has still raised the price too much. 24 quid for what you get is poor. Honestly you're better off travelling to Rochester to get the nice Essex/Kent manly men now or if you're not going for that then another sauna in London. Honestly the place should go bust, and I'm not surprised if it will soon. Only giving it an extra star because have had some good times and memories there in past (not helped at all by the staff guy).
