Prowler Brighton

One of the best experiences we had here. We accidentally picked up the wrong product and the next day he swapped it to the right one without asking anything. He was really helpful too.

Visited here for the first today. Gentleman behind the counter was friendly, welcoming and offered help as I was looking around. Great selection of products for everyone

I am absolutely shocked and horrified by the treatment I received at Prowler Brighton. As a well-known LGBTQ+ establishment, you’d expect a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere, but instead, I encountered appallingly rude and borderline racist behavior from the manager on duty. Not only was he unhelpful, but his attitude was outright dismissive and hostile. It’s deeply disappointing that a place meant to be a safe and supportive space for the LGBTQ+ community would treat people this way. No one should have to experience such treatment—especially not in a store that claims to serve our community. I will never set foot in this shop again, and I urge others to think twice before supporting a business that allows this kind of behavior. Brighton deserves better.

I can't fault the stock, and the staff there are friendly and accommodating. For this type of store that's extremely important.

Bought my first pup mask here and as shy as i may be i certainly felt comfortable at this store =)
