Artemisa Gay Bungalows

The service is amazing. Fran was very nice to us, we felt like we were at home. He made sure we enjoyed our time there. Installations were alright. They are pretty well maintained, clean and convenient. The swimming pool area is splendid, with some garden.

Terrible experience! I’ve left the day after I’ve arrived and had to find another accommodation. Old, smelly, rusty and dirty. Rusty windows on the room and bathroom so didn’t dare to open. I had to have shower with flip flops trying not to touch much the old whitish contain. Doors totally dirty from years of use without maintenance. Kitchenware totally old. Rusty toaster, super old disgusting coffee machine. They say “breakfast included” and the so-called breakfast is an insult. Very rude reception. Did not care at all when I mentioned I was not happy with the bungalow and the ants inside after he told me I had to pay to use the safe. When I asked if the bungalows were cleaned every day he told me to try to find the maid and ask her. When very quietly I told I might make a complaint about the property he just said “you should”. As a frequent traveller never had such an awful experience. Fortunately I’ve managed to find another accommodation and left. Shame on you, your property, your staff and your lies.

Great place to spend your holiday in Gran Canaria. Newly refurbished bungalows. Clean and we'll presented. Breakfast is very basic, but there is a small selection to choose from. Great pool area, mostly quiet and relaxing, sometimes full of life, fun and noise. Jonathan is your man for making great cocktails and a friendly chat. Looking forward to booking our next holiday.

The bed in the bungalow was full of ants, and we had many bites. I live on the island, so I know the climate, and I expect insects, but this was 100s of ants. There was no one to help at 7 pm, so we slept on the floor and a sofa. Someone arrived at 2 pm the next day, and we had to insist on another bungalow. The most annoying thing is no one has responded to me from the hotel. I worked 30 years in the hotel business, and I never ignored a guest, even the bad ones. Friendly staff and lovely grounds.

These unkind people were to lazy to write a now show declaration because i couldnt go on holiday because my mother died. Very very nasty! They got all the money, everything was payed in advance etc, just too lazy. I only needed that for my assurance but still they didnt want to. Book your holiday sowhere else, with nice staff and owners. I go twice a year to Gr. Can. but here they wont c me again.
