Dirty Dicks

Overall, the bar is a fun time. No cover, but drink purchase is necessary to stay there. Unfortunately, the bartender working last night was incredibly rude and hostile for no justifiable reason. After stepping outside the front entrance for a smoke break, he accused me of trying to get in for the first time without paying for a drink. When I explained that I had already gotten one earlier, he then accused me of lying about it, at which point I had to get security involved for him to corroborate my story. With zero apology or effort at contrition, the bartender then tried to make it my problem as if he had done nothing wrong. Had it not been for the very friendly security, there’d be no way I visit again. Decent customer service, especially when you’ve made a mistake, will go a very long way here.

This is a friendly place. Small bar and two dark areas. It is required to order a drink as soon as walking in. (thats OK) The dark areas are very small. The second is up a steep stairway. But the crowd is friendly and good music.

If you like a mens cruise bar where sex is the point and perhaps the objective, DDs os a great spot. I see some complaints from Trans men etc and i can only say that not everywhere is for everyone. I seek a mens bar and this is it. This is not a place for giggling hen party’s or twinks who want to chatter loudly in groups. There are places for those people to enjoy. I don’t go to them but wish them well.

Stopped in a couple nights last week and liked the vibe at first. Until I needed something out of my jacket, and the bartended started berating me in front of the entire bar about how he’s not going to keep doing that all night, and making assumptions that I had asked earlier for him to do the same. Awful service. Be prepared to deal with some grouchy staff. Terrible place.

I arrived on Tuesday night for my first visit. Johnny, the bartender, was great at serving drinks and was a very friendly guy. I had a great time going out three nights in a row. Definitely will be back again
