Hotel Ritual Maspalomas

Fantastic hotel. All the staff are an absolute credit to this hotel. I hope the owner ( s ) appreciates them for the excellent service they provide with a smile. Nice breakfast,rooms cleaned daily , all pool view rooms ,close to everything. Nice nudist section, I will be returning.

This was my third stay in Maspalomas and I'm glad I chose Hotel RITUAL this time. Amazing staff. The guys in reception are wonderful and very friendly, gold star for them. The rooms are clean, bright and very comfortable with a pool view. The best part is of course an amazing swimming pool with a full day in the sun and a bar with drinks and food. The pool boys are another gold star for them. I can just say AMAZING!

The hotel is great and conveniently located next to the Yumbo Center. However, it is supposed to be a gay hotel, yet there are more women at the pool than gay guests. We arrived as a group of gay friends, and every morning the day-pass visitors take the best sunbeds before the hotel guests have a chance. There also seem to be more heterosexual families and straight visitors using the pool than LGBTQ+ guests. The rooms are clean, and the service is friendly and helpful. However, we are quite disappointed and annoyed that there are so many straight day visitors here, as we specifically chose this hotel expecting a predominantly gay atmosphere.

If you are looking for the Four Seasons, look elsewhere. If you are looking for a crawling-to-Yumbo distance, being part of an extended Riual family, you will feel at home. Funcional hotel rooms (we had a room with a lounge section and small mini bar) and a balcony facing the Yumbo, you will enjoy your stay, satisfaction guaranteed. Sweet employees. As an international lawyer, I frequently travel to Las Palmas for meetings and always stay at this hotel. Its location is ideal, the value for money is excellent, and the staff are exceptionally helpful—especially Filippo, who consistently provides outstanding service. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Las Palmas.
