I went on a friday around 5pm and stayed till 9pm with not many inside on a Friday night. The sauna is ok, very clean and spacious, the jacuzzi wasn’t ready to use yet and when it was the water was cold, the steam room is not close to being hot enough as well. The reason for my 3stars is due to the lack of condoms and lube being readily available and I wasn’t even given one for the duration of my stay, also no douche area to clean. The staff are friendly but unfortunately the vibe in this establishment seems off from my experience.

Enjoyed visiting this friendly men‘s spa in Athens. The crowd was mixed and the facility was clean and well organized. I would definitely recommend Flex to anyone looking for a fun afternoon or evening in Athens.

The place was extremely clean and the staff, from the entrance to the sauna center, were incredibly kind, attentive and friendly. I would give it another five stars. I really enjoyed it.

Fantastic and welkoming ream!They really know how to make everyone feel welcome and safe.The place was clean and well maintained. I really enjoyed the experience and will be back.Highly recommend anyone who hasn't tried Flex sauna to visit soon!

nice sauna with many cabins for free. friendly staff and the place is extremely clean. unfortunately there are no hand bidet in the washrooms or hygienical center.it was be great if they provide the service.consists of 4 floors with wash rooms each floor. was on a sunday evening and had a great time. keep it up! thank u

My experience at the sauna has been awesome.I was a bit confused at first when starting because it took me just 5 min before I completely free myself and become top.Fabulous, my first time many more to come…. The rooms are well stocked, clean with paper and antiseptic. Perfect size the big rooms also is single rooms is cute and the sauna hammam for me is nice. Jacuzzi for 6 people you are relaxing wonderfully.Love it here. It’s the best one in Athens by far. Everything for me is perfect from the friendly and attractive staff, the dark rooms & glory hole, veranda with second jacuzzi for summer, leather shop from BOXER BARCELONA, nice comfortable new locker room, solarium, showers, nice atmospheres with chill areas, Staff are very friendly too.A valuable experience that’s affordable and above my expectations 😊

This was the first all male sauna I have ever been to in my life because don't we have saunas in Sofia Bulgaria. I went Sunday 2 days ago at around 7pm. Although nervous and not knowing what to expect, I had an incredible time.The Staff was really friendly, the place was clean and I received plenty of attention from men of all ages, who on the whole were polite, friendly and respectful of my limits. I saw new comfortably big lockers and all area was hot with leather shop 🟦⬛️⬜️There were too many guys when I visited and I waited 5 minutes for a free locker. Despite the crowds, the rooms were clean with paper towels and a disinfectant in the 3td floor with tv room.In the second floor Sauna hammam hot tub was all perfect for myself.Amazing 2 dark rooms, one in the 1st floor with big cabins amd sofas and other in the 3rd floor with glory hole stand cabins.Nice out balcony - veranda in the 4th floor with jacuzzi spa who working only the summer time other customer told me. The people i met there told me that flex sauna is top sauna in Athens and they were right according to what I saw in other place in the city yesterday and today. Also another customers there told me that every Wednesday, which is Bear Day, there are also a lot of people. So tomorrow Wednesday Im thinking I may head back to relive the bear experience as muscle bear who I'm.I make it a point to visit at least once every two months because I will come to Athens every 2 months for work, and I've even made some great friends there.❤️❤️❤️ I highly recommend sauna flex for men, especially if you're new in town and looking to meet.

This is one of the nicest gay sauna I have visited in the world! Design and layout of this place encourages contact between men. Dark rooms with cabins, glory hole cabins, big and single free cabins, tv area with hot movies, relaxing area, nice out veranda with snack & smoking area are all hot designed and all enough to create a sense of anonymity. There are big 4 floors each providing its own set of comforts and fun with other men. I loved the cost atmosphere. There is nice hammam, Jacuzzi spa and sauna for relaxing! I was there Sunday afternoon and I see more then 100 people go around. I loved the variety of ages of men. I will definitely return to flex sauna!!!

I’ve been in the sauna flex many times!The employee always who welcomed me in the reception was nice and correct , the sauna is clean ,the jacuzzi was clean, the hammam was hot, so nothing to complain about.All the staff were really friendly and helpful from the guy on reception to the boy who clean up sters. There were guys constantly going around tidying and cleaning up - the whole place was spotless.Facilities were great and the steam room - sauna was really hot !!The jacuzzi was clean and the chlorine was to ok! So I don't understand the negative reviews.I go there from 4pm to 8pm and there is a really mixed crowd of all ages and body types, all enjoying the scene respectfully. Nicely busy. Amszimg underground decor and lots of Action going on - I certainly had my share!Only what a pity that they don’t do one day “all Naked” …But I will come back for sure and recommend.I highly recommend Flex sauna mens spa in Athens!!!😍

I have always loved my whole experience at the Flex sauna in Athens, the four floor space is just great to wander around and the people there are super warm & friendly and always going above and beyond. Compare to staff in other establishments I have to say staff are very genuine and helpful.I love going to this sauna, it's interesting place! Each day is different guys! So it makes more fun day by day! I still recommend the place though😃I recommend as the best sauna in Greece, is clean, modern-cosy and best of all amazing guys that go there….. TOP Athens crowd Sundays znd Wednesdays. If you want to have a fun and hot day in Athens Flex sauna is a must go.

I don’t usually get to write reviews of a sauna, but this was myself and my husband’s first time visiting one ever.The staff were brilliantly friendly couldn't fault your team they where brilliant. and the facilities were great (jacuzzi on the top floor was so nice to sit in. And sauna felt so good).As bears ourself, we enjoy the company of others, so we decided to try our first bear night.While my husband did get a bit of action, we were disappointed that many of the men attending weren’t particularly friendly. Sadly, we also experienced fat-shaming for being bigger guys, which was upsetting, especially as we had high hopes after reading other reviews. We didn’t even realise we could raise a complaint until after we left, which left us both frustrated.The main issue for us was that we went hoping for some fun and connection, but instead we found ourselves made to feel uncomfortable. A few men looked at us, touched us, then pulled away with comments about our size. It left me feeling very self-conscious, which isn’t what you expect from a night meant to be welcoming to bears who are traditionally bigger guys (and not just muscle bears).Overall, the venue itself is lovely, but the bear night wasn’t what we’d hoped for. There was some interest, but it felt more like a game of cat and mouse. and you really shouldn’t have to work that hard just to enjoy yourself. If it was not for the lack of respect from some of the attendees and also the irritating short guy who kept pushing himself on everyone and not understanding the word No.... in any language you threw at him. We would of happily given this place a 5 star. But we couldn't because of the way others where treating us both.

I’ve been for the first time in the sauna flex on last Saturday.The employee who welcomed me in the reception was nice and correct , the sauna is clean , so nothing to complain about.Only what a pity that they don’t do one day “all Naked” …But I will come back for sure and recommend.

The owners made a very cozy place with a fair price. The sauna was good, the jacuzzi could have less chlorine, it makes you cough!ButPeople are not nice, mostly old people. Almost nobody starts a conversation yet they are ready to touch you, very abusively. You have to say no a few times, which is annoying. If you enjoy this quiet flirting game that has some silent cruising, I would recommend going. Otherwise, I give you guys a trigger warning for this place.There was only one person inside who had a genuine conversation and the rest of the people seemed traumatized by the closeted and pressuring culture of the Balkans and Middle East.

One of my best sauna in my life! Good size with 4 floors very very clean, which makes it (to me) the best sauna in Europe. The staff is constantly cleaning and tidying up around. The Jacuzzi in the 2nd floor is for 7 person and in the out area veranda is second Jacuzzi for other 7 people open only the summer time.The steam and the sauna are good for having fun and if you like privacy there are many cabins upstairs with great dark room glory hole.The area is in the heart of down town Athens.Best time to go is 5pm - 9pm I recommend.They play great music 😍😍😍 and all the saunas I've visited in Athens this one is definitely the best. Modern interior + underground decor, incredibly clean, nice staff, everything is very nice.Keep up the good work.

And they have a refrigerator with soft drinks beer and candy bars.It's clean, it's spacious, and plenty of different places to play. 😈But I feel bad leaving a poor review ☹️ It is very unusual for me to only leave one star.I wanted to like this place. It is certainly conveniently located. Right in City Center. In a nice part of town.But for some reason it is not well maintained, and it is rundown 😥They have two hot tubs but only one is operating and the water really isn't hot. The second hot tub is outside upstairs which seems like a great spot but it looks like it has been off for some time.There is no soap in any of the dispensers in the bathrooms.There are no condom dispensers and they don't give you any when you check in. No lube dispensers either.The steam room doesn't work and looks like it hasn't in a while 😥.This review has been published and available for a year and a half before I received a notice from Goggle in April 2025 that it was removed. My review is from September 2023. It was not the pandemic.I left several reviews during the 3 weeks that I visited athens. More than half of them were removed or not posted due to content.I have a thousand reviews. The only time I have ever had my reviews flagged is in Greece. Something about Google and Greece is suspicious. 🤨 It appears that only positive reviews are accepted. 🤷🏻‍♂️🫣

Easy to find the place, next to Monastiraki area in the city centre of Athens.IStaff here are friendly, but they some might struggle English so please be kind to them.Is big place 4 floors but mostly cruising area, there is a sauna. Steam room, jacuzzi, resting area at 4th with veranda, many private rooms for relaxing, showers, locker room, dark rooms, tv cinema area.It is more crowded from 4on to 9pm (Sunday & Wednesday in bear day is the best)!!!

This place is a heaven for bears/ daddies lover. One of my fav sauna’s to visit whenever I am in Greece! Other than climbing the stairs everything is there. Jungle and sling room next to locker area, jacuzzi is there, wet steam room is well done, 2 shower areas. Lots of rooms, a gloryhole area, a TV room and a dry sauna. Price is good too.

Visited this sauna for the first time , there is saying first impression is the last impression but firstly when u enter receptionists is very rude with big attitude , charged 15€ as entry fee which is ok for me ( towel, locker and slipper is included) the sauna is clean with nice interior. Well in steam room there is no steam but only smoke , jacuzzi is there but very small only fit for 2 person. I really don’t like this sauna. Waste of time and money I must say.

Don't go is bad this is the most dirtiest place I ever been the staff was extremely rude and if you make bad comment they will attack you worst experience of my life they gave me a dirty dirty tower the sauna was out of service jacuzzi was extremely dirty and on top of all that they have a nerve to respond to my comment an attack me worst place in Athen... I left from there and I go to Alexandra souna extremely clean beautiful place good stuff. They need to learn from them.. shame on you

Very pleasant place. Excellent service and entry at a reasonable price because in Europe the prices in saunas are €25 to €45. I found everything clean, I went on a Saturday afternoon, it was very crowded. Mixed crowd. Nice hot tub, pleasant hammam and sauna. Clean cabins for relaxation.A visit to the flex sauna is always a wonderful experience for me.
