Number 52 is Newcastle’s dedicated gay and bisexual men’s sauna, sitting directly inside the Pink Triangle rather than out on an industrial estate or city fringe. Spread over three floors, it combines the expected sauna and cruising facilities with a large tiled steam room, cinema, relaxation lounge, licensed café bar and private rooms, giving it enough scale for anything from a quick visit to a long weekend session.\n\nThe standout practical feature is the opening pattern: weekdays run through the day and evening, then the venue stays open continuously across Friday and Saturday before closing at 10pm on Sunday. Membership is free and can reduce some entry prices, while themed events and age-based offers run through the month. There is also a discreet rear buzzer entrance for visitors who would rather not use the main Scotswood Road door.
