I absolutely love my stay here! The staff are very friendly and helpful. The services they provide make you feel pampered and catered to. The atmosphere on the grounds is like a tropical getaway, where you can let your cares wash away with a dip in the pools. It was my first time and will not be my last. The fact that if you book your next stay before you leave you get a discount shows how much they value you and your experience. The happy hour is a fun get together to meet new people. The massages there are top notch and really add to the relaxing atmosphere. I would highly recommend staying here or even visiting on a day pass. You will not regret it!

We are just back from our third stay at the Pineapple. Pineapple Point Guesthouse offers a truly exceptional retreat that blends tropical beauty and unmatched hospitality. From the moment you arrive, it becomes clear that this is not just a place to stay—it’s an experience thoughtfully designed to make every guest feel welcomed, relaxed, and completely cared for. I would like liken the experience to a gay summer camp. One of the most remarkable aspects is its outstanding customer service. The staff consistently goes above and beyond, creating a warm, personalized atmosphere that feels more like visiting close friends than checking into a hotel. Gustavo, Bill, Jim, Bob, and Ben are all amazing. Please excuse me for leaving anyone out as I could not recall every name. The owners, Judd and Phil, are always on site, making sure no detail goes unaddressed. The team of gardeners work nonstop to keep the establishment so beautiful. Accommodations at Pineapple Point are equally impressive. The rooms and suites are tastefully decorated with spacious layouts and plush bedding. Complimentary breakfast and refreshments throughout the day add to the feeling of being pampered. My favorite part of the day was the 6 PM happy hour where the guests would convene and get to know one another. After 24 hours there the fellow patrons become friends and family, not just hotel guests. We are already booked for next year.

Me and my husband stayed here for my birthday in April. What can I say other than the staff here went all out with the balloons the surprise birthday cake and then the guest that were already there kept wishing me happy birthday and making me feel lots and lots of love. I have a phobia about swimming pools and hot tubs but at my own pace I was able to overcome my hot tub phobia. I loved our room, The drinks, I love the freedom to do whatever and be whoever I want to be without the judgment. Such a great place to be And I can't wait until my husband tells me he's ready to go back. Because we both didn't want to check out and go back to our miserable lives in Missouri. I didn't take a lot of pictures because I was too mesmerized too in love with the place. I also love that they gave us thorough instructions since we had a late check in. One of my favorite things too was the bidet.

My husband and I were looking to book a romantic getaway and stumbled across Pineapple Point while researching where to stay. The location is more residential so there isn’t the traffic and chaos that is sometimes associated with other guest houses. Upon entering, the first thing you notice is the tropical foliage (kudos to the groundskeepers). We took an earlier flight and Ben and the rest of the team were so gracious accommodating our unexpected arrival. During the tour, we were impressed with the number of pools/hot tubs as well as the gym - 3 cardio machines, free weights, kettle bells, squat rack, etc.. - it’s slightly larger than others we’ve stayed but not huge. All of the equipment was functioning. We stayed in room 8 and it was lovely; clean, spacious and the dehumidifiers helped to ensure a comfortable climate. The bathroom was a little on the small side, but the shower was adequate. We appreciated the instructions on how to operate the air conditioners, TV and recommendations in the welcome binder (the staff also provided some excellent dining options). The breakfast options worked really well for us; hard boiled eggs (that were already peeled - thank you!) yogurt, fresh fruit, cereals, etc.. and a good assortment juices. The mornings provided a pleasant opportunity to get to know some of the other folks, many of whom were returning guests. Sunday’s complimentary Bloody Mary bar and mimosas were a nice touch. When booking, we’d advise to stay for a Sunday if possible as it’s a popular time to visit. We were able to secure a guest pass for a local friend. The complimentary wine and snacks were a nice touch and helped to keep us satisfied before heading out to a later dinner reservation. There a nice assortment of beverages. Sandwiches and salads are available as well. Pretty basic but they were fresh and really hit the spot after lounging by the pool all afternoon. There’s complimentary popsicles, frozen pineapple and other treats served while poolside. The vibe is more relaxing than party which we loved, though I suspect that largely depends on the clientele. We were able to have a romantic getaway and restful stay without loud music or a non stop party atmosphere (the residential setting lends itself well to a more peaceful experience). We found the other guests friendly and approachable - no attitudes or aloofness. For us, the most remarkable feature of Pineapple Point is its staff. We found them to be genuine, accommodating and efficient. Their playfulness and banter was respectful and contributed immensely to a delightful overall experience. This lengthy review is a direct result of the exquisite care my husband and I received. Thank you Ben, Dennis, Tom, Jon and the entire team - we can’t wait to return!

The rooms here are very nice. I would highly recommend the villa with the private pool or one the many stays with multiple floors. Specifically one with a designated WiFi router. Every previous visit has been a 5 star stay. Busy holiday weekends prove some rooms are more capable than others. The WiFi has been highly inconsistent. A network that connects without internet is not expected at their price-point. No one is manning the office after dark. So if you work remotely, require digital accountability, and/or maintain alternative hours, I would not book a standard room here. With only one bar of cell signal, with this review even post? That said, there is a plethora of friendly staff here during standard business hours making sure no one misbehaves is broad daylight.
