My experience was extremely disappointing. I was refused entry, and the staff member named Pedro treated me in a very rude and disrespectful manner. Instead of handling the situation professionally or providing a clear explanation, his attitude made me feel unwelcome and embarrassed. I understand that businesses have policies, but there is no excuse for treating customers without respect. Good customer service costs nothing, and unfortunately Pedro’s behavior completely ruined what should have been a relaxing experience. I would not recommend this spa based on the way I was treated. I hope management takes customer service more seriously and ensures that no one else has a similar experience.

I really appreciate that this venue is part of London’s LGBTQ+ community scene, but, there appear to be cameras in areas where guests would reasonably expect privacy (gym), but there is no visible notice explaining if or why recordings are made. It’s unclear how footage is stored, who can access it, or whether it is shared with third parties or authorities. These are important transparency issues the management should publicly address.Aside from that, the venue is an important part of the local scene — spacious, welcoming, and lively on weekends. I hope management takes steps to clarify their data‑protection and privacy policy so visitors can feel fully safe while enjoying the spac.

Honestly, this place has potential, but my experience was terrible. It felt dirty, there was an unpleasant smell throughout, and I noticed black mould on some of the red curtains in the main steam room. Although I didn’t have any physical contact with anyone, I developed a rash within 10 hours of visiting, which was obviously concerning. The venue wasn’t busy, yet it still didn’t feel clean or properly maintained. I also mentioned that it was my first time, but the staff came across as rather rude and unwelcoming. The jacuzzi area is extremely bright, so it doesn’t feel relaxing at all. I had avoided visiting for years but finally decided to give it a chance with a friend. I paid over £26 and stayed for no more than 40 minutes, hoping the experience might improve, but it didn’t. Unfortunately, it was definitely not worth the money, and I wouldn’t return.

I've visited a few saunas in Europe, and this one is definitely the top three on my list. The staffs are very helpful and humorous. Though this isn't the biggest one i've ever been to, it has everything you need. One thing I really like is that customers don't have access to their locker once checked in (you can leave your phone and wallet in a small box, and you have access to it on the ground floor), which made it safer for me. I went there on Thursday and Friday. If you prefer more mature guys, I would recommend to skip Thursday. Overall, the men there are in very good variety, I had a really great time there.

First mens only sauna experience. Was pretty fun but quiet as it was Monday (perfect time for a newbie) Will be coming back. Thanks so much Stephan (Stephen?) for being an amazing guide
