I really appreciate that this venue is part of London’s LGBTQ+ community scene, but, there appear to be cameras in areas where guests would reasonably expect privacy (gym), but there is no visible notice explaining if or why recordings are made. It’s unclear how footage is stored, who can access it, or whether it is shared with third parties or authorities. These are important transparency issues the management should publicly address.Aside from that, the venue is an important part of the local scene — spacious, welcoming, and lively on weekends. I hope management takes steps to clarify their data‑protection and privacy policy so visitors can feel fully safe while enjoying the spac.

Came here whilst down in London for a concert with friends, I’m no stranger to saunas and curising culture. However the venue was tiny for the amount of people in it was incredible claustrophobic and overwhelming. The venue is very heavily orientated towards cruising which is fine if you want that, however I’d expect areas which would be more relaxed saunas and steam rooms especially when it’s advertised as such on the website. Actual sauna was tiny and outdated and the steam rooms were cold. ( just heat lamps) and steam rooms and downstairs cruising area was filthy. £25 for 24 hours but can only attend for 8hour sessions at a time so no cheaper alternatives if you just want to spend a few hours there. No bar area either. Was a disappointing experience. Won’t be back

I honestly felt like Sweatbox was more of a prison than a sauna. The atmosphere was cold and full of unnecessary restrictions, and the guy at reception was rude and unfriendly from the moment I arrived. I really don’t understand all the rules they impose. It already feels overly controlled, but what made it worse was how unreasonable the management was. They don’t serve alcohol, which is strange for a place trying to create a social atmosphere, and they also refuse to let you bring in an already opened bottle of poppers. I paid for 24-hour access, and when I asked if I could re-enter later with the same poppers, the manager told me I’d have to leave it there and pay £1 to store it. Seriously? After paying for full access already, this just felt petty and ridiculous. Overall, the experience was uncomfortable, unfriendly, and far from relaxing. Definitely not somewhere I’d return to.

Great crowds with great facilities. Had a lot of fun at the steam room. Must bring a slipper / flipflop to visit for better hygiene or you can purchase at the bar. Very weird payment system and weird system to enter to the steam room. You make payment and you keep you valuable items at the payment counter, you received a key for locker then you need to go to the bar to exchange the wristband to enter to the sauna. Crowds are very respectful, I feel comfortable as an Asian here. Bad experience on the visit was the "poo smell" at the staircase, should be someone mess up but the venue unable to clean. Overall it's a great place to have fun. * Visited on Sunday around 8pm.

I've visited a few saunas in Europe, and this one is definitely the top three on my list. The staffs are very helpful and humorous. Though this isn't the biggest one i've ever been to, it has everything you need. One thing I really like is that customers don't have access to their locker once checked in (you can leave your phone and wallet in a small box, and you have access to it on the ground floor), which made it safer for me. I went there on Thursday and Friday. If you prefer more mature guys, I would recommend to skip Thursday. Overall, the men there are in very good variety, I had a really great time there.
