Went Saturday night after hitting the clubs at 11pm was alright. Not very busy but the crowd was diverse and mostly respectful. Something for everyone. Guys on front desk were friendly so not sure why theres a few complaints. Had fun for $35. Two levels are open. Third one closed for renovations.

I used to really enjoy this venue when it was Headquarters. When it initially changed hands, there were pretty people on the counter at the door, but they gave a lot of attitude, and didn't do simple things like give you a container without you having to ask. That was a big change. You don't want attitude when you're asking for something that is fairly customary at these kind of venues. I've continued to give the venue a chance when around, and I think the customer service has improved quite a bit, but attendance seems to be still be way down. It's a shame, as it's not a bad venue. Was disappointed to hear they are putting a nightclub upstairs. I liked the set up.

this place is a rip-off, me and my partner went in at 11pm, charged $50 for entry, then we purchased some "Leather cleaner" and they did now tell how much and tiled the efps screen so I did not see the price when I used my card and I was charged $75, there was only 3 guy in the whole place. it used to be packed before lockout, Im sure they get packed during Mardi Gras and NYE but so is every place in that area. Does the Manger even read the review before replying, were in this review did I say I got a Private room ??????

This type of venue is precious to Sydney. Unfortunately the way it's being run is outrageous. Hopefully he sells out soon and someone can revitalise it before it's too late. Just a continual rip off , all other reviews here are on the mark, do not waste your money. It's not a one off complaint. Barcode is dead as an "event", I've been many times, and again recently, attendance used to be in the hundreds, in general in 2022 there's maybe 20 at best. Full of potential just needs a new owner !

This place is horrible. The drinks are nasty, the place smells super musky, the bouncer is the biggest power-tripped POS on the planet, and the servers are a bunch of bell ends too. But most of all, the owner of this place SUCKS. Just look at his responses. Garbage human being who can’t take criticism. Man I’d love one day for the opportunity to meet this coward face to face. Don’t go here.
