Yumbo Birmingham

Wouldn't recommend this place if your going for the sauna, steamroom unavailable,jacuzzi not commercial small domestic one,dirty grey water and full of public hair and when it goes off have to wait 20 mins for it to reset. Radiator on wall wires hanging down. And its only been open a week.But on a good side the bar downstairs is quite nice

The steam room and dry sauna are good but not so much for the spa which is small and not terribly enrticing. Not sure what those various empty bath tubs are for, don't think they'll do much for a club like this. One rather flimsy towel provided mightn't be the best for those who actually used the facilities in full. Consider 2 towels of better quality. Certainly have potential to facilitate those married men and retirees to visit on a more regular basis during daytime (lunch time hours) but needed to make some changes and thinking to make the place more appealing to their use, and this cohort of clientele are good basis for regular income for a venue like this. Ive been to the new yumbo in Birmingham city centre and i soooo love it people are so friendly and ive been to the sauna and i so love it and i definitely come again ❤️ no matter what and Charlotte is soo amazing caring and i sooo friendly ❤️ too

For a Google review, I’d make it sound a little more natural and personal: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Really great experience at Yumbo Sauna. The staff were fantastic — friendly, welcoming and genuinely helpful. I felt comfortable from the moment I arrived and really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere. Great facilities and excellent customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend Yumbo to others.
